Remain in Scripture!
Stay rooted in the Word of God, and don't let your eyes be fixed on this world.
Our lives are to be defined by how we handle God’s Word. We are called to submit our obedience to the Lord daily and continuously. Get into the Word and allow the Word to get into your heart! Don’t just read the Word—meditate on it and practice it. If we are to grow in our relationship with Christ, we must know the Word of God! He has given us the Word as a guide to how we should live our lives, and if we aren’t reading it, then it will be hard for us to wholeheartedly put our faith and trust in Him.
remain in scripture because of the credibility of its teaching and teachers!
Get into all of scripture, not just the ones you like the most! Don’t just focus on your favorite stories in the Bible. They hold significance, but so does every other word in the Bible. You will begin to see things from God’s perspective rather than just your own. God has and always will remain faithful.
“Know therefore that the Lord your God is God; he is the faithful God, keeping his covenant of love to a thousand generations of those who love him and keep his commandments.” Deuteronomy 7:9
remain in scripture because of its effect on our salvation!
“and how from infancy you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus.”
2 Timothy 3:15
The Holy Scriptures represented the Old Testament. Some of Paul’s writing had already been counted as scripture!
We don’t worship the Bible, but we learn from it because it points us to the truth and salvation. Consistent engagement with the Bible gives you the confidence to share your faith!
remain in scripture because of its unique nature and usefulness!
“All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.” 2 Timothy 3:16-17
Humans wrote God’s Word, but He spoke those words into being. God wants us to be able to trust Him! He does not breath error, He breathes truth. The Word is incapable of leading us into error when properly taught and applied! There is great reliability and certainty in scripture.
One thing I am not afraid to admit is that there are times when I struggle to stay consistent in the Word. Even as I am writing this post, I realize that I haven’t been reading the Bible as much as I should! However, I find that when I do read the Bible, I am overcome with a sense of peace that only God can bring! I pray that this post will encourage to you to continue or start being consistent in scripture because it is so, so important! These are the Words of God!
“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” John 16:33
So let my life be the proof, the proof of your love. Let my love look like you and what you’re made of.

As a minimum, find at least 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes before you go to bed each day! So many times the scripture you read that day will be used to help someone you come in contact with or yourself! I have had times I’ve missed reading His Word and missed his direction for the day! If Satan can get to miss reading he gets the victory! GREAT ARTICLE!
Wonderful wisdom!! Bless you girl❤️
